Queen Zebra

Is the ruler of the MAGIC MAZE, hated and feared by all. Beautiful and seductive, the Queen controls her servants with an iron will and uses them to enforce her cruel tyranny over all the odd inhabitants trapped in this surreal realm. Her personal servant in PANTHERTON, part man-part panther, who appears to bend to her every whim, but in fact despises her. The leader of her Zenturian Guard, a troop of two-faced POLINERDS, is FALWELLIBAN, a pompous and stupid bully. Queen Zebra’s goal is to reunite the pieces of the supremely powerful Magic Amulet so she can impose her fiendish will upon our own world!

Falwelliban

Is Captain of the Zenturian Guard, double-faced POLINERDS, who are the vicious and merciless enforcers of brutal Queen Zebra’s twisted rule. Falwelliban is an egotistical goon, pompous and stupid, who thinks he’s smarter than Tyler and Tess (but is way dumber). He enjoys shocking the twins and others with his Stun Stick, and would break any of the Maze’s laws if Myron did not keep him in check. He is such a pompous fool that he is blinded by his own idiocy and constantly trips himself up.

Belkin

Is the feisty and combative leader of the Tridget Army, a gruff gang of ragtag renegade rebels fighting Queen Zebra’s tyrannical rule. They are supporters of the deposed KING FABLE, a sad but dignified old man who once loved Queen Zebra, but was betrayed by her. Belkin and the other TRIDGETS are determined to see the King’s kindly rule return to the Magic Maze once more and they come to realize that the twins’ quest for freedom is crucial to insuring that justice prevails again.

Simon Percival

Once lived in our heroes hometown many years ago and then mysteriously disappeared. But by the time Tyler and Tess meet him, he has acquired amazing powers in the realm of the Magic Maze. Now a wily wizard with his own castle and servants, including JOCKO the Jester, his clownish companion, Simon offers to help the twins return home. However, he has a dark side and ultimately reveals his own hidden agenda, which impedes the twins’ quest.

Myron The Maze Master

Is the eccentric law keeper of this bizarre and fantastical world and it is he who oversees the confusing and daunting challenges that Tyler and Tess must overcome. He is the only one that completely understands the strange rules that must be obeyed for anyone wishing to escape and return home. Although he looks somewhat human, his behaviour is often surreal and magical and even gross. (He likes eating bugs and sipping Banana Slug Slurpees!). He is the only one with the power to keep the evil Queen Zebra from completely controlling the Maze kingdom, yet Myron desires no power for himself. He resides inside the Portal Room, which is the pathway to each part of the Magic Maze.

Tyler and Tess Porter

11 year old twins Tyler and Tess Porter live in a small town called Waynesville. They love playing soccer, school and hanging with their friends. They never thought they would one day have to lean on each other to get out of a magical maze. The experience only makes their bond stronger as they have to rely on eachother to get out and get home again!
